100 times better than Drillmatic. The Game is back !!!!

For me, Drillmatic has some highlights but mostly an underwhelming project from Game. Like he was trying to say that he can still hang with the younger artists. That's not really where he shines but he certainly didn't fail with it.

This mixtape did not disappoint. I enjoyed the cohesiveness of the production and the overall content.

I have to confess, haven't been a big fan of Game because of his corny & bipolar ways and not been feeling any of his projects for like 10 years.

But.....this mixtape keeps growing on me! From liking 3 to 4 tracks on 3nd spin to, listening to it top to bottom repeatedly!

It's cohesive, Game can rap rap, the production selection are good.

I really like it now.

On another note, Game was giving props and throwing subliminals at Kendrick throughout the tape (bipolar) 🤣

I won't hold him for that, Kendrick was throwing some subliminals at him in GNX too because of Game's stance during his Drake beef...so it's all fair Game.


If Game and his producers can improve on this for Documentary 3, then I am going to love it.

Yo I gotta say it once again... This tape is really really good 

Nostalgic and modern at the same time. Not trying too hard to be with some kinda wave, just soulful and gritty bangers. Though I hear a little bit of The Alchemist-Griselda-Drumless-Stuff but its still original. Not byting. Props to Mike N Keys. Hyped for The Documentary III, but until then, gonna bump this tape for sure.

Didn't see this coming but... this is actually pretty damn good... on some LA Hip Hop shit. Best stuff from Game in a LONG time. Didn't he do this in less than a week? Impressive.

Eight standouts for me: Amerikkka's Nightmare, Clown Emojis, Quarter Zips x Matcha, The Coast Guard, Head Of State, So Contagious, Just Like Me, Scheme.

If Documentary 3 tops this in a big way, he might have his second true classic since Documentary 1. Honorable mention to Doctor's Advocate.
