In your opinion who do you think is the most consistent artist on every cd or every song they have made....I'd definatly have to say Talib Kweli is consistent on just about everything i've heard from him...

others are B-Real, GZA, Cube, Tech N9ne, Scarface, MC Ren, Pharoahe Monch, Yuk, Aceyalone, King Tee, Kool G Rap, WC..

Nas, Rakim, Outkast, Pete Rock have stayed consistently dope.

Eminem has been improving consistently.

If we're talking consistency over a whole career, it's Jay-Z without a doubt. He has dropped an album every year since 1996 and they're all (at least) above average. There's quite some consistent artists in the game today but Jigga's catalogue is untouchable. Others which come to mind are Gang Starr and OutKast... and Ice Cube (his two latest albums Vol.1 & 2 (War & Peace discs) were wack but you can't front on his early catalogue).
