That snippet sounds cool.

I hope he doesn't just rap about "how it used to be in the 90s" over G-funk and instead just raps over G-funk like he made it in the 90s. Seems like the goal would be to make people feel like they're there. The former takes you out of it. Just my two cents 🤷‍♂️

i like Crooked I but he is so slow about his solo stuff. he shared the cover for his next solo like what, 2 years ago maybe more and it was supposed to be soon. we will be lucky if one of these projects really comes out.

Some of these entertainers are trying emulate Dre by putting a million years between projects. Seems like they don't understand that you can't just do that and expect hype to build out of thin air. All they're doing is losing fans and risk being completely forgotten about. Crook never had anything close to a career like Dre's. Kendrick can pull it off too. He blew up and mostly stayed in the shadows. Drops whenever with little to no promo. Have a run like either one of these guys first and then try that move again lol.
