it's even in my city and I don't care.  (Kansas City)

..but I've been pretending to care just to be sociable with people so here goes...

"Oh yeah, man that was awesome.  Messi had a hat trick 3 goals in 3-0 victory against Algeria!!  Yeah, they are gonna defend their title!  They are my team!!  I adopted them since Messi plays for them, and this is my life's dream to have Messi in my city!!  I'm driving Uber and picking up all their fans from the game it was amazind and the energy in the city was so great!!(Kansas City). I picked up a guy from Argentina to drive him back to the airport, it was the happiest moment of his life.  He was just a blue collar worker but he saved his whole career just for this moment to take his two sons to see Messi play in the world cup and it meant so much to him and I got to share that moment with him, he was so happy to meet someone from KC and didn't know English so we communicated the whole car ride back thru ChatGPT and shared our life stories.  They spent 40 mill fixing up our stadium where the American Football Chiefs play!  Yeah, it's where the best player in the league Mahomes plays.  Man this is so awesome!"

how was that?

I'm from the Netherlands. I only watched a bit of the USA team the first half against Australia. I thought they were pretty good, nice attacking style but maybe that will change after the group stage. Pochettino is a great coach some influences from the Netherlands as well, Dest was born here and Tillman probably my favorite player in your team played for PSV down here. The stadiums are pretty awesome by the way but I don't like that theyll be doing a half hour halftime show in the final it will fuck up the flow of the game.

My country is actually staying in Kansas City during the group stage at the Cascade Hotel and training on the training grounds of Kansas City Current. Did you see any people with orange shirts in town

The Netherlands

u sure they played in Kansas City?  Because it's in other U.S. cities.  I think so far we just had Ecaudor, Moseruous, Argentina, and Algeria.

(...but not that I care, just acting like a care to be sociable since it's in my city and I can't escape it)

Tomorrow we play in Kansas City https://www.fifa.com/en/match-centre/match/17/285023/289273/400021473 but the training camp was there already they just flew back and forth to the games in other cities.

okay, that's cool.. maybe I'll pick up some of your guys since I'm driving Uber during the World Cup.  I'll let you know.  I think they are playing Senegal (one of my favorite places, pretty much the same country and tribe as Gambia)
