I had a quick listen and not sure if I'm missing something but is this different to the Youthanisa album that Kausion put out besides the track listing being shorter?

good eye .. mostly the same, but a few differences .. looks like an attempt to get those tracks some more attention, as it was mostly ignored when it dropped

Its a good album. Was not too familiar with MASSV but went back through what he has released and the 30 YEARS LATER album is really solid. He definitely let his feels out on the whole Aftermath situation on his REVELATIONS album that dropped this week.

I only know MASSV from he fallout with Aftermath after he leaked all those tracks, was he apart of the new Kausion group for their newer releases?

I don't get the MASSV and Kausion link.
