Yeah, Daz basically recorded both of them as a double album, and he also recorded "Deep Cover" as a sort of sampler for his double album.   He was doing all of that by himself in Oklahoma.

So then Snoop realized he had no skills and no ideas, and Dre left Ruthless so he couldn't jerk Yella for beats anymore so he had to find someone else to steal from.  So in a perfect storm Warren G brought Snoop to Dre and Snoop said, "Hey I got a cousin in Oklahoma who has all this great material.  You can steal all the beats and I can steal all the ideas and lyrics."

Also, Suge was like, "Man I'm scared and I wanna have a gangsta rap label.  Is there anybody around that can beat me up and kick my ass?"  So they found out that there was a super-gangster in Oklahoma so Suge brought him around for muscle.  He also used to just beat up Reggie Wright for no reason anytime he saw Reggie after Suge got locked up.

Then, Elon Musk was like, "man I have a lot of money but I'm frustrated because there is always this one guy who has more money than me."  And they found out Daz was also the richest man in the world because he had turned himself into a lawyer and won every case against his adversaries.  He used the money he earned to invest in real estate and became the greatest real estate mogul in the world.

The rest is history.

I'm not sure that's been confirmed.. Snoop has talked about DOC sort of assisting him or reorganizing his lyrics but even that was mostly in regards to the Chronic.

My guess is Daz was in the room to come up with some ideas and for Snoop to bounce ideas off of, but for my money that sure seemed like Snoop was writing his own lyrics back then

This og version that daz produced. So there is only drum pattern, slap bass guitar, synth bass and lead. Barney Ruble is true with remaking the beat with adding rhode chord progression, strings and some other synths. But synth bass, lead were just replayed by him. So he tells some truth but also tells some lies. Just like daz does.

But in all seriousness did you guys know that Daz invented the first smart phone?

This is dope!

When he played those famous keys and said "this is the part everybody asks about" — I mean that's it right there!!  He came up with that — and he came up with the idea to make it sound pretty so that Nate's lyrics come off as ironic on the track!!  That's the whole key to the song.  I can literally still remember my first time listening to the song because of that initial surprise element!   Because "Niggaz and Bitches" is about the hardest hiphop track of all time so I was playing that full blast from my bedroom stereo getting ready for school. The next song came on (and this was before anybody knew about it, the album had just came out) and suddenly it switches to some sort of love song — and I'm in the other room wondering what the fucc just happened, thinking maybe it's a comedic interlude or skit or something, so before I could skip to something I know like "Doggy Dogg World" Nate's lyrics come in and I was blown away !!

So I guess Daz just had the o.g drums Barney starts with and Nate singing already done?   

...oh and as a sidenote that part he says was kind of taken from Barry White that almost sound like a windy day—that same sound is in one of Snoop's first No Limit features "Throw Your Hood Up" on Silk's album

this demo was not complete before dre got involved

this demo was what they laid down with barney rubble in the initial session before dre started playing with it in the mix

in reality, daz only laid out the drum pattern which dre completely fine tuned in production as well

That's not what Barney Rubble says in the IG video... he makes it sound like Dre was right there next to him as he was laying all of it down and he doesn't say shit about Daz (he just says when he got it, it had the og drums and Nates part)

that's literally what i said ..

barney rubble came in when there was already a drum loop (done by daz) with nate's vocals on it

then he and dre sat down and started to construct the melodies, grooves, and overall instrumentation .. barney plays, dre guides

then dre takes all of that and makes it a song after everybody leaves
