^ Some of those are recycled lines and since I never truely finished anything with them I incorporated them with this.

lemme break somethin down 4 ya real quick... most of the shit rappers say is recycled. they come upwit stuff constantly and when the time calls 4 it, they go 2 the memory banks and pull out some lines they've filed away. theresd nothin wrong with breathin some new life n2 an old verse either. i liked this post a lot and i think ur a good writer. keep it up!

I liked it man, little different than your usual style, I noticed, but still flowed well. I especially liked the weight belt meta, I'm a lifter myself.

Real honest piece from the heart man, nice.
