What's this Big Dre (Pac Killer) album Snoop was on they always talk about?

^^You always here about Snoop appearing on this album that was funded by Southside Crips and Pac killer Big Dre.  But I've never heard of the song or the album it was on.  But this cat is saying it had a lot of Snoop's homies on it.  So it might be dope (though sort of sacrilegious for 2pac disciples)
