I am not speaking on Rakim's album cause I don't know anything about that.  But I am 99% confident that crook will not drop on the row.  In fact I would bet everything I own that he will not drop.  If u just put 2 and 2 together you can easily figure that out for yourself.  I will explain it to u:

Crook has been signed since 98 or 99, at least 4 years.  That is plenty of time to records tons of material.  I would not be surprised if he has recorded at least 4 albums worth of material.  So crooks record not being finished is not the problem, scratch that out.

So crook has plenty of material ready for release, why doesn't suge put it out?  Besides suge knight, crooked I is the only really big thing the row has.  Look how long and how much suge has been hyping crooked I and how he is gonna put the row back on top.  In fact crooked I is the only artist to stay on the new roster of artists since all the old artists left.  Think about all the artists who have been dropped, or left the label since like 97.  DR had a hot roster: Dresta, ATL, Swoop G, Mac Shawn, The Relativez, Keita Rock, Lil' C-Style, Crooked I.  Crook is the only one left.  Not to mention the realest, ygd, vk, milkbone, skg, and all those other artists who are no longer affiliated.  Crooked I is the only thing suge has goin for his label and he knows it.  If crooked I isn't a huge fucking sucess, blowing up, off the charts, then suge knows his label is done.  Dre, Snoop, Daz, all them, they gonna be laughin and lovin it.  IMO that would kill suge more than anything.  I think he would rather put out old artists album after album, and compilations, and not do so well, rather than let those guys get the last laugh.

So suge has everything riding on crook.  Crook is hot right?  so whats the problem?  Problem is westcoast rap doesn't sell for shit and isn't popular at all unless your name is 2Pac, Dr. Dre or Snoop Dogg.  I mean stop fuckin kiddin yourselfs, crooked I is not going to sell for shit, and is hardly going to be recognized.  When is the last time a westcoast artist other than the 3 mentioned was sucessful in terms of sales and recognition?  Probably Xzibit's Restless, and as all of u should know, a lot of that is thanks to Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.  People in general, just are not feeling gangsta rap anymore.  They like that stupid bullshit from nelly and ja rule, and they like the stuff eminem does.  I mean even snoop almost didn't do well, but then beautiful saved him.  What kind of song is beautiful?  It ain't gangsta rap, and I doubt it is gonna be the type of shit crooked I records.  Hopefully you guys can figure out the rest from here.

Suge is waiting for Crooked I to make enough material for like ten albums then kill him so he can blow up.  I wouldn't put it passed him.

most artists record an album in a matter of weeks so yea 4 or 5 years of him not really doing much promotion or touring etc. he cud of record about 10+ albums by now

iraq would just get annexed by iran

That would be a great solution.  If Iran and the majority of Iraqi's are pleased with it, then why shouldn't they do it?
