Yesterday was a great day for baseball. The Yankees got eliminated (last year was nice because they got so close and then failed. This year is nice because they failed right at the beginning) the Diamondbacks got eliminated (all you heard was Johnson and Schilling, Schilling and Johnson can't be beaten, fuck that) and the Braves won (getting run production from the bottom of the order). Too bad Oakland has to have a game 5, I hope they can beat the Twins so that one Cali team can go to the Series.

The teams that most deserve to play on are. The ones built on $$ or two stars and a prayer aren't. Baseball like it should be, not like it has been.

It looks like we're going to have an Angels vs Twins match up. Damn I still can't believe the A's choked again in a game 5, what a shame; I was hoping for an all Cali AL Championship match up. Not trying to to get ahead of things, but I like the chances of the Angels; I'd be a bit more worried if it were Oakland instead of the Twins. GO ANGELS!!!

Man, back in th days, I used to be a hardcore Angel fan. More so than the Dodgers, and I do root for the Angels over Dodgers 'cause of the underdog thing. But damn, this is unreal. I know my dad, a long time Angel fan, who's still mad at Boston for '86, is happy. I called him and told him I was happy for him. As for me, I'm rooting for the Angels, enjoying the cross town peeps reppin' So Cal right. Now if it was Angels/Dodgers, I'd be straight, can't pick a team there, just let them play... LOL.
