1a) its not cool to be in jail
1b) even if u are a gangsta/hardcore rapper

IMO.. its ironic... but sad.. but if they deserve to tbe there... like in ras's case people are twisting the 'free ras' campaign from being about him getting released from priority into this jail shit.. which aint right.. he himself has no problem with doing the crime... 'if you cant do the time, dont do the crime'... makes me sick when groupies bitch about rappers being in jail when they do deserve it.. (altho x-raided's case is a bit :/)

Isnt every prison in California a State Penn?  I have a friend in Susanville California State Penn.  I know for a fact theres more than one penn in California.

I believe attempted murder.  Not positive, but I think he shot somebody.  I agree with O, all these dudes need to be in jail if they were found guilty, X-raided's case does sound a little twisted though, but that's what the legal system is for.
