Put a American Football lineman up against a Rugby player, both without protective padding, and see who is the pussy.Football players got way more mass so they need the protection. They break at every play because the game is as much mental as it is physical. They gotta plan their moves. Soccer is much more spontaneous. I cant stand watching football on TV. "Soccer" is alot more exciting.
I don't care about the pads argument, pads are far more sensible like M Dogg said, it's a game safety first, and Gridiron players are generally bigger than Rugby players. However I think it is very disturbing (and I've raised this before) that your games are often controlled by adverts. lol. That's dumb. The Superbowl is the biggest game in Gridiron right? And "tha superbowl stops every 4-5 minutes cuz its cuz of advertisements an shit". Imagine the biggest game in all of sport, the World Cup Final in football (soccer) having to stop every 5 minutes? Isn't this capitalism gone too far?
Well, shouldn't it be for real fans?
