The percentage of victims of rape, that dont come forward...is much higher then 40-50% actually. But thats irrelevent. And im not saying that the womands identity should be released...what im saying is, if the womans identity is to be held as confidential...then so should the accused man. He has every right she does. He isnt guilty yet. And YES, rape is lied about. Even it came out that a man was innocent, his name could be in the papers, news, etc...as a "accused rapist", and questions about him...will always circle.
