you use boats more often
missions will be INDOORS and outdoors
over 9hours of music including that motherfucker from chatterbox
40 weapons
120 cars including lamborganis
you can actually go indoors (not like ammu-nation bullshit) it will be just as detailed
TWICE as big as liberty city
more challenging then gta3
better camera angles when getting attacked by gang memebers and citizens (in GTA3 its pain in the ass when you get attacked from behind, for those who played gta3 knows what i'm talking about)
main character can NOW TALK!!!!!
and last but not least, WAYYYYYY better graphics then the last...

Alright... here is some shit some dude posted about the game...

- From a skyscraper, you can sabatoge gang cars by shooting their wheels with a sniper rifle. Or toss some grenades down.

- Hold an opposing gang leader hostage inside his HQ and getaway via helicopter.

- Motorcycle street races, and maybe others. (a side-job could be racing in city tournaments)

- Now the game transcends into the ocean with boats. Unlimited possibilites for chases, races, etc.

- Gamble in casinos could be an interesting mini-game.

-Rob a bank/stores to help the gang's cash flow

however my fav shit is that cops will now chase other bad guys and not just you... i mean i hated it when i would get shot at... and the cop would just walk like nothing happened, then i shoot and im fucking chased and the fox tv crew is filming for their next hit show... i mean this new feature is gonna rock
