Everton finishing 6th? Your slow defence and little creativity in midfield is not capable of finishing that high. Rooney is quality but not sure if he'll be a constant goal scorer. I can see Ameobi and Carlton Cole becoming quality players next season.

West Ham, Sheffield United & Cardiff will get promoted from Div 1. Wednesday will get promoted from Div 2, and Hull are certain to win Div 3 in my eyes.

Van Der Vaart was class

He scored the first by going past two men and hitting it from the edge of the area.

Ajax were 2 - 0 up but they gave up with 20 minutes to go and Forest pulled it back to 2 - 2

Did Johnson and Dawson play? They are quality players.

Johnson did, Dawson didn't.

Johnson's a division 1 player.  Will never be big in the Premier.

We had that last season aswell thought and we still finished 7th.

Are defence will be better this season I think because ALL season we will have players challening others for the places so everyone will have to be on form always.

Same with the midfield, we havent signed n e 1 yet but are midfield last season was quite good and this season we will have Linderoth back, Alexandersson pushing for a first team place week in week out, kevin mcleod pushing for a place, leon osman pushing for a place.

I think if we play like we did for most of last season we are going to be the toughest team to beat in the prem.  BRING ON THE GUNNERS!!!

No Rooney now though Bez!

Problem i see now for Everton is a lack of creativity. You are going to be a hard team to beat but you just lack that flair player in midfield. Also Rooney is going to be very closely marked in most games, we will see how good he really is this year.

Goooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssssssssssssss

If Pires, Thierry, Sol and Paddy stay fit, Arsenal will win the league regardless of who Chelsea buy, Man Utd buy, Liverpool bore or Fashnu bungs, they're our backbone, they'll bring the title back too The Home Of Football.

West Ham for division one and The Daggers for the conference, it'll be a good year for East London, but Orient will still be shite.

Yer I know what ya mean.  We never really relied on Rooney last season, he was just there through hard work and basically stuck a few nice goals in and at such a young age the whole world was like Jesus.  Truth is....he is a good player, but not amazing (yet).  he still has alot of work to do to become one of the best forwards in the world.  He scored a beat against arsenal but the goals against Leeds, Villa and Arsenal away ALL went thru defenders legs.  They wasn't really amazing goals, more lucky.  I hope thought he can get fit and prove me wrong this season but really I feel ya when you say defenders will be all over him.  No defender in the country is going to want him to score, I can ever see some players being synical towards him this season.

I am realying on Radz this season.  Such a good player.  I hope he can retain his fitness and be amazing for us all season.

Your right tho we need a really good midfield player who can score and screate goals.  Gunna be very hard to find one for cheap.
