The Hip-Hop industry has become the soft porn industry

The hip-hop scene, as a whole, in the collective, is now the soft porn industry put to music.  That's all it is now.  And I doubt that will change.

...how can you justify saying that it wont change.


Btw take a look at some rock videis....mtv has more xxx rated rock video nights than it does xxx rated hiphop nights.

In this respect they both promoting soft porn / more hard core sometimes,
it hasnt just been the last few years either that the music industry has intergrated porn in music vids etc...back to the late eighties / early ninties there were music vids with tits, ass, bondage, simulated sex etc etc.

The industry will change in ways just as it always has done...sometimes imperceptively until suddenly you think back (dont refute, ive been there)
Also its a given fact that music just like fashion will also repeat itself...

no its the right section....anywayz...you cant say hip hop (as a whole) has become the soft porn industry....what you can say is Mainstream Hip Hop has become the softporn industry...the stuff that ends up all over mtv and bet is what has all the tits and ass...but just like optical said...thats in rock music too...maybe more so in rock, maybe less. but music will always change...its been growing more and more porn like since madonna was putting out videos in the 80's. i dont think anyone wants the same old videos...i mean do you really wanna see jay-z in some parachute pants dancing around with a bunch of ugly girls behind him? i dont. i like the way videos have changed...i dont really like the way hip hop has changed because we have so many bullshit rappers. but the ones that arent bullshit rappers are probably some of the best to ever step foot in the game.

Hip hop has changed cause people's morals have changed

i remember when nudity was almost never seen in movies, and now theres plenty coming out today, almost every rater R movies has some nudity or strong sexuality

i guess people are more comfortable with it or else these things would never show up in tv or movies

hip hop/rap videos have these naked ass women so it can be eye candy for the viewer, most rappers are male so the ladies get to see the guys like jay z and 50 cent but us guys we aint gonna be checking them out (HOW GAY!!!) so they put some half naked women for us  

however i dont think some of these videos or movies are appropriate for some younger viewers
