Welll here's somthin that 'll divert the junta's attention from the hackneyed Iraq-US conflictions.. much discussed and unnecessarily blown outta proportions in this forum....
It's about the excessive use of Skin lightening cream; rather its misuse by the present generation... Acording to recent reports from the African countries and South asian countries there's been a growing tendency for teenagers to apply skin lightening creams for becoming more fair.. and in the process they develop SERIOUS skin complexion problems by the time they reach their twenties.. This has been primarily blamed on the misleading ads aired on the TV .. which exploit the very backward understanding of the concept of external beauty by these young dark complexioned girls.. such ads have really been very irresponsible, and they portray women in a very poor light. And the situation is worsened by peer pressure..
I think guys also have a responsible part to play... as most of the affected girls state that they have been encouraged in this regard by their BOYFRIENDS... a real sorry affair...
Whatcha sey??

Its been going on in a sense for years...
...sad but some people have problems accpting the way they look...
..we all do to some degree wish we could change something but nothing you can say to these as a warning in general will make them stop
about 80 years ago (and some still do) people with afro hair would use a noxious substance that would in a sense burn their hair straight...
...was not good for them to say the least...the whitening is similiar to that really.
