Vince last night at Vengence said that he would be at Raw tonight to confront Kane.

its gonna be brock lesnar vs. kurt angle for the title, so i think it will be shane mcmahon vs. kane at summerslam

Lesnar vs Angle will most likely be the main event for SummerSlam.
But I don't see Shane vs Kane, because if Shane can put the fight to Kane, then Kane loses something, especially after the way he's been destorying everyone for a month now. I see Kane vs RVD because this feud has been in the works since Wrestle Mania.

There has been talk amongst some industry sources that the Triple H vs. Bill Goldberg main event for SummerSlam will most likely take a backseat to whatever matches involve the McMahon family at the big PPV no matter how much they are hyped  

thats why i think it will be kane vs. shane

The main event is going to be Lesnar vs Angle for the WWE Championship. For the reason that those 2 are 2 of the biggest names in the company and the fact that it will be the best match on the night, which should end up being close to a 30 min. match. HHH vs Goldberg wasn't going to be the main event ahead of Lesnar vs Angle because Goldberg can't do a match that's more then 10 min.

i know lesnar/angel will be the main event from the smackdown side but in my opinion i think that it will shae vs. kane from the raw side as their main event. a for goldberg vs. hhh it will be longer than 10 minutes that si why they had that fight after raw yesterday so they could "practice" the match in front of a crowd since goldberg's contract has a limited dates clause in it. so he doesnt do too many house shows

Their not going have the best match of the night not be the main event. Angle vs Lesanr has a chance to be one of the greatest matches of all time. Angle vs Lesnar at WrestleMaina was a great match and Angle had a broken neck, so just think how great the match will be at SummerSlam. They wouldn't put this match anywhere else but the main event.

The last 2 times a Goldberg match has gone over 10 min (the match with The Rock and Jericho) the fans have turned on Goldberg and started cheering for the other guy and they start saying Goldberg Sucks.

- Just to be clear, the word going around at RAW last night was that Shane McMahon vs. Kane is planned for Summerslam. No word on the stipulations, or if Vince and Linda will be in the corners or anything yet.

- Steve Austin would obviously be another huge candidate for a Kane match, possibly even more so than Shane the way it's been booked for the past month, but as of today, he still has no plans of coming out of his "in-ring retirement" for a match at Summerslam. WrestleMania XX is the one date that most believe could mark an Austin return.

Goldberg will most likely take the title at SummerSlam. And it's rumoured that it will be Goldberg vs Kane at Unforgiven for the World Title.

Ever since Goldberg came into the WWE, the rumour was that Vince wanted him to face HHH for SummerSlam. The way their pushing Kane, it looks like Vince wants Kane vs Goldberg for Unforgiven, which could be a Raw only PPV. Just Lesnar is going to end up on Raw again because they want Lesnar vs Goldberg at either Survivour Series, or WrestleMainaXX

For Unforgiven they need to have a main event that will get people to watch the PPV, especially after Smackdown! produced a great PPV in Vengence, and after Raw produced a poor PPV in Bad Blood.

in other news, they are not having the rey mysterio vs. ultimo dragon match for the cruiserwieght title at summerslam like they were going too because vince is not liking dragon's style. that sucks cause that would be a dope ass match
