South Central Cartel - U Couldn't Deal With This
« on: August 04, 2003, 01:56:11 PM »
What a tune. Damn, LV's got some soul. I don't play N Gatz We Trust nearly as much as I should. Lol at that dick sucking interlude...

This is one of those albums that defines G-funk just as much as better known records of the time but doesn't get mentioned in the same breath. Same as Kam's Made In America and Paris' Guerilla Funk. Anyone agree?

but i agree with Paris "Guerilla Funk".

yep that album was so funky its not funny

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.
