Under normal circumstances.

Dubcnn should never be down at the same time as WCC is 'up'.
Since they're both hosted on the same host, on the same server.
I don't think something is wrong with dubcnn's account on the host. I cant even get into the domain control panel (or ftp).

Looking up the domain it shows its state as being 'REGISTRAR-HOLD' which from what I can find out means the domain has expired.... doh!

I've contacted Rud to let him know there is a problem.  (He hasn't been online for nearly 2 weeks now, due to illness and other things.)

btw... if you have just the ip for dubcnn.com holla!. coz it should still work through that!

HHH is seeing the site through a cached copy on a proxy somewhere... trying to resolve the IP shows its gone like for the rest of us. i'mma have to look back and see if i have the IP anywhere unless Rud turns up..

here's an example of how to get the IP for a site...


go to start -> programs -> accessories -> command prompt

( you type exit to get out of it..)

now type ping then the website name.. like this

M:\>ping www.igangsta.com

and u'll see this and some other stuff..


Pinging www.igangsta.com [66.96.219.195] with 32 bytes of data:


and again...

M:\>ping www.dubcc.com
Pinging dubcc.com [66.96.219.195] with 32 bytes of data:


you can see that dubcc.com and igangsta.com are the same
(but if you go to http://66.96.219.195  you'll see wcc... if you go to http://66.96.219.195/dubcc you'll see www.dubcc.com )

now for dubcnn....

Ping request could not find host www.dubcnn.com. Please check the name and try a
gain.

coz the sites not routeable...

but that all depends on your host... for some people the DNS may not have propogated, so please try.

So if you do get an IP for dubcnn please post it up!

i'm not expecting it to work for more than 1 lucky soul... like with HHH the site may still work for some people, but you still wont be able to get the IP (because you're actually going through a web-proxy / cache )
