Here's what I'm trying to do:

I'm trying to get a picture off the internet, save it and open it up on my CD cover making program. When I right click and "Save As", it saves it, but when I try to open it in my CD cover program it says "Not a valid file". Does anyone know how I can do this?

When I try to open it, I get this message:

Cannot read this file. This is not a valid Bitmap file, or its format is not currently supported.
