IV Life Vol2 Still Delayed... but... - August 15, 2003 By : Overseer

IV Lifes Big (DJ) Slip just posted the following up on the Official IV Life Records Fan Forums, no need to embellish the facts.


Bad news first, we have to push vol 2 back. The distributor we have met with just don't fit the needs of IV Life. I will comment more on this at a later time.

Now the good news: We are going to release unheard of tracks, snippets, a video, and new mixtapes. Of course they will be free for the fans to download.

Buc and J-Dog are also doing a group mixtape, and believe me it's off the chains.

We are still thinking of a name for the new mixtape. I can't call it Vol 2.4 because vol 2 isn't out yet. It will have a baseball theme to it. (Like our logo) maybe one of the fans can name it for us.

Anyway, I'll hit you guys back later, we have been doing all night sessions with tha Eastsidaz to place couple of song's placed on their album.

So if you have suggestions for the mixtape name or havent already copped the 1.4 mixtape or want to show your support hit up the forum!

Other related news is that fans will shortly be able to buy IV Life merchandise from the site, and some preliminary shots of the goodies have been posted up on the forum, and I also hear that some of the other artist sections (remember the updates about crisstyle's site opening and our interview?) will be opened shortly.
