Gettin It & Never Talk Down

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

That's best 10 tracks that come to mind to me right now. He's released 15 albums & 2 Compliations, and I reckon that 90% of it is on hit. He's the most consistent artist that ever was in my opinion. I'm serioously scared what I'm going to listen to aftre he is gone, coz I don't like any other artists nearly as much as Too $hort. The guy is gettin old and once he leaves the game for real I feel like I will have a whole different view on the rap game.

Get into old Short Dawg!
