It was more expensive in Norway than elsewhere though.. >:(
Gave about $650-670 for it..

Well....they jus said this week that Oslo, Norway is the most expensive city in the world.  Gas is round $5 per gallon :o

Why would you want something to last you a life time, surly that boring.  I would rather rather spend 50 bucks on a different watch each year.

Is it waterproof?

thats a dope ass watch...i woulda picked the same one...i can see spending that much on a watch if it is going to last you for many years...but even so...i wouldnt do it lol...my watch was like 100 bucks...i hope it lasts me for a few years...ive had it about a year maybe a year and a half.

One must also remember that $650 or £450 is a different thing in Norway, than in other countries, we're among the top 3 most expensive countries every year.
I saw this watch online for $490 or so, but Norwegian taxes would have added to the price, and I gotta think about a possible service..

I'm just tired of $100 watches that lasts a year or 3, and having to change batteries to the price of $20 all the time.. in the end, I think it's worth it.  :)
