Cadillac Tah: Pretty subliminal.. the regular gangsta-verse.. sounds like he's struggling to keep a decent volume.. like it's not mixed properly, as the beat sounds higher levelled than his verse.

Ja Rule: Takes some easy cheap shots at DMX.. talking about buzzing slugs @ DMX, and comparing himself to Jimmy Hoffa.
No real disses or punches, just talkin about shooting DMX..


The disses might be cheap and near non-existent, but the beat is coo, and the chorus is aight.
And I think it might be a Cadillac-track ft. Ja, not vice versa..

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Btw: is the Cadillac Tah album actually released now? It was supposed to drop around August I think (don't remember the exact date) but I heard nothing so far.
And when I was in Virgin Megastore it was nowhere to be seen...  ??? Does somebody know what's up with that?
