Cameron Diaz to make Guinness Book of World Records

Cameron Diaz has set the record for the most money made by an actress in one year.

The Guinness Book of World Records said Diaz made $41 million in 2001. That's the year she was paid for "Charlie's Angels," "Gangs of New York," "Vanilla Sky" and "Shrek."

Meanwhile, snapshots of the actress at the heart of a criminal case against a photographer continue to create a rift.  

Reports have said she's topless in them, but the photographer's lawyer is disputing those claims.

Outside a Los Angeles court Thursday, photographer John Rutter's lawyer said "you'll be surprised how tame some of these shots are."

The attorney said the photos were published in 1992 by a magazine called Max

Rutter plead not guilty to attempted extortion, grand theft, perjury and forgery. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
