Yea The G Funk Era... Wareen G, Dr.Dre, Snoop, Daz, Kurupt, Nate Dogg, Above The Law, KoKane, Thats Was y Favorite
I am afraid that I have already heard the best rap I am ever goin to hear in my life
My favorite era is the one from '88 to. '93/94. I really like the old West Coast releases like King Tee, Above The Law, Da Lench Mob, CMW, N.W.A or the first two Paris albums. Real lyrics and dark, reduced but still funky beats (like the ones Sir Jinx or DJ Pooh did).
I hate how artists now format albums with 10 guest appearances, 20 tracks at over 70 minutes and intros plus skits. They had the right formula for a classics back then, 10 - 14 tracks, little to no guests, no skits. Just pure hip-hop with no bullshit.
