I know this could have been put in Overseer's thread however i wanted you all to see it and read it, my thanks go out to you all for all the support & love you've shown in dubcnn.com's first year! I hope you all feel happy with what we do and agree that we try our best to meet our objectives!

Firstly i have to send my apologies to you all for not being able to celebrate the One Year Anniversary of dubcnn.com by making the update i had planned yesterday! It truly is amazing to me how a simple idea that was talked about for months last year, could snowball into what we see as dubcnn.com today. Myself & Overseer struck upon the idea of making a site off the back of the WCC Forum, its main aim being to bring the fans the news, not the bullshit. Over the years websites come and go, but with dubcnn.com we wanted to create something that wasn't a flash in the pan but something that could grow from nothing to become a name in its own right, a trademark that people would recognise and a company people could respect and trust. After one year of operation some of our objectives have been attained however i can assure you many haven't! We still have big things to come and hope you will stick with us as the plans unfold before your eyes, i guarentee you one thing...you thought the first year was good? You ain't seen nothin' yet!

I would like to give huge thanks to my loyal and dedicated staff who have worked tirelessly to help bring dubcnn.com from nothing to what we have today, in my opinion a great westcoast hiphop resource. Huge thanks to the "old boys" - Overseer, Nima (my biggest thanks to you for all your hard work and deication), 704D, Ka Rizzle and tnp! I would also like to thank the later additions to the staff - The Truth, Saga and our latest staff member SGV! Everyone of you help make dubcnn.com what it is, and for that i am eternally grateful. I hope you are all proud and happy to work for the site and i hope we continue to do so for a long time to come!

I have to give my thanks also, to everyone who has helped us in anyway shape or form over the past year, especially all the email's of thanks, help or even criticism - without you we wouldn't see what we were doing badly! To all the companies, managers, promoters, websites and anyone who has aided us in getting news, audio, interviews and contests to the fans i send my thanks for all your help! Some individual thanks go out to - Interscope Records, Capitol & Priority Records, Def Jam, Echoing Soundz (you guy's have been great!), Baby Ree Entertainment, Fortress DVD and all the artists and label's who have shown support and love throughout our first year! I hope we can all continue to work together to ensure we carry on bringing the best we can to the fans over our second and subsequent years!

To the readers of the site i have to give my biggest thanks, as without you we wouldn't be here! I only ask of you all one thing...spread the word of dubcnn.com - tell everyone we exist! The more people know of us the more people will want to deal with us so we can bring you more exclusives! One day MTV & BET will be knocking on our door for the latest music news from the westcoast!

So with one year gone, what's left to say except - onto the next!
