Crooked I - Wasted Talent

I hear a lot of you cat's hollering about Crooked I on this board.  He does seem to have some real talent but I think a lot of you must understand that as long as he stays on Deathrow, his talent will be wasted and he will be forgotten about.  That's because the industry has dissed Mr. Gangster himself, Suge Knight.  At least Dre, Snoop, Daz, Nate and others had at least an album behind them when they left.  Somewhere along the line, Crooked I will have to find out if he is really a gangster enough to find the nerve to leave DR if he really wants a successful career in hip hop.....What do you think???

In a way i think that Crooked is still beliving in Tha Row, and fights for them a 100%....
Tho ill put my money on the fact that in a year or two he's probably gonna make a excuse, like he wanna start his own label, and move from Row....

Well one thing I kno about L.A. Niggas is that they can put on a helluva act....so when I hear crooked sayin how he is down for death row and all, i think this dude's lyin out of his asshole. I see no way in hell he still likes bein on death row and not have his album come out...and seein how ALL of his homeboys shook from death row, i see no way in the world that he wants to be there. I am sayin this all because I think he's trapped. I think Suge put a helluva threat on this dude if he EVER tried to leave. I have heard hella stories on suge bein shady, and do u think Suge has changed at all since the glory days? Never...so basically I think Crooked I is DYIN to leave, but he ain't about to die just to leave.

Crook is one of my favorite rappers ever vocally, but the cunt needs to realize that without hot beats his career will go nowhere.

Row wonders why "Still Tha Row" didnt get airplay, its because it sucked. Well not sucked, but it definately was not a type of song to make it a single, heck nothing on that soundtrack was single material. The production sounded amatuer, heard more professional sounding stuff from guys like bro lynch hung

The Daz version of Crooked I snippets sound like good stuff, but i dont think the stuff is commercial or new enuff to make crook hot.

They need to get neptunes or dr.dre with crook. & as long as he is on Tha Row i dont see that happening.
