Though i dont belive that tupac is still alive, but if he was he defnetly wouldnt of made his return exactly on 4.03pm September 13th. Hes been planning this for this for 7 years to make his come bak and if he was still alive and planing a return it would be at some big event probably a couple of months after this day, as many of u know pac was a strategist and would of done the trik by fooling us to think he was really dead by not returnin on the day we belive him to come back but then suprising us on anohter date....neway thats just a theory of how he would return if he was alive. no disrespect to pac.
coped this from hitemup.com:
HitEmUp.com, on behalf of his fans worldwide, would like to say rest in peace to Tupac Amaru Shakur, who passed away on this day exactly seven years ago.

Tupac was a great man, actor, poet, rapper and soldier. He was taken away from us way too early, at the young age of 25. But still, he left a large legacy behind him, which continues to influence the world to this day.

Ever since he died on September 13th 1996, two films, in which he starred in, have been released; six albums containing previously unreleased material have been released; his poetry have been released, in both the shape of a book and an audio CD; books have been written and documentaries have been produced about him. And still, there's so much more to come.

They say that you're not dead until you're forgotten. If that's the case, Tupac is still alive. His music is still alive. His poetry is still alive. His songs and videos are played on a daily basis on radio and television worldwide. What he accomplished in life will live on - until the end of time.

Well at least the whole deal shows how big of an impact the guy actually made - dozens and dozens refused to believe the guy was dead, wishing, some knowing he'd come back. Pac made people love himself so much they couldn't let go. Ask yourself if there's been anybody else in the entertainment industry who've had an impact of this magnitude on people besides Pac and Elvis.
