50 On Tha Cover of Source?
« on: September 15, 2003, 06:58:39 PM »
On the Whoo Kid mixtape "Takin It To Tha Streets" wit Lebron James, 50 says "I recieved some news that the Source magazine is putting out an unauthorized mag. wit my face on the cover." Is that the new Source mag? If so, why the hell did they bother putting his face on the cover? Do they talk shit about him inside of it?

Fill me in.

I said it before in another thread: how did they get the rights to put a pic of 50 on the cover?

They dont need it. Been looking for this issue must be delayed in arriving in my area.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

50 Cent - Inside the shady world of Curtis Jackson and the Destructive machine that is exploiting him

I think the cover and the negative focused headline pretty much tells you where The Source/Benzino stand in this case.
I bet they wanted to include "G-Unit killaz" with the magazine..

In the mag they have interviewed some unknown supposedly Aftermath producers..
The article was posted up.. it stinked of biased opininons and disses..
