     The Dilated Peoples are droppin their new mixtape "Alchemist Presents: Heavy Surveillance" on the underground tip, before they put out their major release "Neighborhood Watch" in February. This mixtape was produced by The Alchemist and features the lead single "Thievz" featuring Prodigy of Mobb Deep.
