Ichiro's Batting Average
« on: June 06, 2002, 05:39:47 PM »
His battin average right now is .384!!!!!

the closest batter to him is Johhny Damon with .348

IF Ichiro gets to .400 it will be waaaaaaaaay better than Bonds hittin 73 homeruns.

dude, ichiro will NOT hit .400. the AL pitches will adjust and he will slack off. he very talented, but not that great of a hitter to reach the .400 mark. and i dont agree about that being better then what bonds did.....even tho i hate him

If anyone in the majors right now could do it, Ichiro would be my guess. I don't think anyone will bat 400 again though.

i agree, but if anyone has a chance it's a team that gets to face the Houston Astros pitching 18x a season

Ichiro's only 1 hit away from 4000 career hits (between Japan and the US) 8).
