I have a calender and record my karma levels each day.  I also have statistical charts.
I've noticed the days I feel a little down that my karma actually went down that day.

It's quite intresting.

karma is like a rating :p...if ppl like you...they give you good karma (+1)...if they hate you..they give you bad karma (-1)

for example me..i got 0 karma...means no one hates me...or likes me
