Picked up 3 new CDs yesterday

Went to the mall & got:

Del The Funkee Homosapien - Both Sides Of The Brain
Hieroglyphics - Third Eye Vision
Obie Trice - Cheers

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Good choice of albums....ohhh I haven't bought an album in awhile....so I dont remember the last one I've bought....but the next ones I"m gonna buy are the new DMX and Obie Trice cds...
