you might want to add Truth Hurts, The Firm Album, and The Wash Soundtrack to that list. so, technically that 9 albums in 7 years  ;)

I don't think they were actually released on Aftermath. I know The Wash wasn't, and I don't think Truth Hurts and The Firm were, just Dre was Exec. Producer. However, all three of those albums flopped...and you can say those three, and "Aftermath Presents" were the four biggest flops that Dre was in charge of.

The thing thats disappointing is that unlike Suge Knight, J. Prince, Irv Gotti (even though he was a DJ) and some other guys running labels who are more business minded than former rappers, Dre himself once probably would have given anything just to have his music put out there. During the early days of NWA and even before that (World Class Wrecking Crew) and when he had to start over a Deathrow, he has got to be able to relate to putting together a project and just hoping someone, anyone will have the money and confidence  to  put your product out there.  I realize that some projects will not see the light of day (It is part of the business).   I've just never seen a label have so many albums finished or almost finished that never come out and I really feel bad for the artist who have put in the work.  If Dre is not running Aftermath (most of us realize this by now), he should just admit it and maybe we will see him in a different light in that he is just a producer and nothing else.

I forgot about the Firm. The Wash I wouldn't really count, since it was a joint thing with Snooper Dooper. And, Truth Hurts is an R&B album.

So, in the past 7 years, Dre's dropped 7 Hip Hop albums.

To me, that's saying Dre has a problem releasing LPs. If that's the case, he shouldn't be signing people, holding them back for years when they could've already been dropping material.

I could give a fuck. The Game has never struck me as more than average.
