i dont think its the fans it really is a curse now b/c it has happened so many times.  the bucky dent home run..... he played half the season with the red sox b4 gettin traded an on top of that that home run was his only one of the season.  in 86 they had a 3 games to 1 lead.  than a 3-2 lead an were one out away in  in game 6 an the mets rallied.  I dont blame bo sox fans for feeling how they feel
