Phil Jackson

this man is clearly the main reason the Bulls have their rings, and the main reason the Lakers are gettin their rings right now.  People say he always has worked around great players but he also worked with Confliting players, like KErr and Jordan, Rodman and Jordan. and 2 years ago, Shaq and Kobe. Phil always seemed to calm his players down. Phil made Jordan better. Phil told Jordan to become more of a team player and he basically brought Pippen and Grant to the Bulls. 3 rings came after that. and more rings . And now it seems like another 3 peat for phil.

Until Phil wins one more title than Red Arbauch, it is kind of difficult to call him the GOAT. But I agree he is a good coach. Peeps that bitch about him being around the talent.... are just haters, cause phil knows how to build a team. Is that his fault that he can pick em right? Or that players want to play for him? Fuck no. Props to Phil Jackson.

;D

Before, when Del Harris was coach, he couldn't control or put this team together. They got swept by the Spurs that year I believe. Once Phil entered the picture everything changed, he taught this team how to work together and put aside their difference(Kobe and Shaq). Phil Jackson is the ultimate NBA Coach if you ask me. Just look at him during the games, not a single worry in the world and calm.
