First of all i love the music IV Life puts out. i downloaded 1.4 and bases loaded and im gonna buy vol 1 when the online store is online. but honestly what is IV Life doing that artists like Defari, Bad Azz, Rass Kass, Sly Boogy etc havent done. What i mean to say is theyre great but its been done before and it hasnt sold. people talk about IV Life blowing up. I hope they do, itll be great for hip-hop but i doubt it. i still support them and will as long as they keep releasing good music. i think people are getting ahead of themselves saying they're gonna go platinum n all. im sorry if im stepping on toes here but its just the way i feel.

I never said they wasn't talented. I just stated my opinion that they wasn't super-special. I like they music, but they are in now way lyrically better than D12 or Steady Gang. it aint all about who's better.. we all know theres people on top the game when there are 1000s better MCs/Producers out there.. its not just about skill.. iv life have the right mentality, its about positivity - they aint too far up they asses to come chop game with the fans.. hell they even coming here... they DO look at all the forums, US, DPG, DPGC2G and Tha Row. i like em, i like their attitude.. i believe in em, liek i said before, they aint gonna be super mega stars over night if ever, i just want em to reach a point where they can pump out releases how they want. they are going up.. they will be dropping.. and after the 'vol2 - new breed' album there will be solo's, although who's dropping first seems to change.. i guess the best thing to do would be to see who's felt the most after its out. right now personally i'd say too cool or young buc.
