Aftermath receiving unfair hate?

IMO Dre is receiving way too much unfair hate for holding albums bacc. I mean, let's think about it. It's not like Murder INC is releasing album after alubm. It's not like Ruff Ryders are releasing album after album. Tha Row? Dogghouse? If we look at labels seriously making moves, it has to be Bad Boy [Bad Boys II OST, Loon, and Da Band], So So Def [Young Bloodz and Bone Crusher], and of course Def Jam. Besides those 3 labels none other really release more than 2 albums a year. And if you consider G-Unit and Shady as part of Aftermath, then they actually doing better than most. Especially now that both X and Busta Rhymes are there, I think the hating needs to stop. Anyone agree with me on this?

Its not hating...its a fact...too many factors play in at Aftermath that shouldnt even be a issue (Like Jimmy havin too much power, other producers than Dre cant put shit out) and so on...If u look at Rocafella..they put out albums on tha regular..thats is like a functioning label should work.

Aftermath holds back all the dope shit. They held back King Tee, Hittman and Rakim. That's bullshit if you ask me.

So So Def got a lot of moves this year. Roc-A-Fella has dropped a lot this year. Of course Bad Boy. But, if you think about it. Not many labels have tons of artists. Look at Aftermath.

That's a big list. And, all we've had this year is an album from 50?! LMAO. That's pathetic. All that talent just sitting on the shelf. What has Shady dropped this year? Obie? That's all. G-Unit is only dropping their album. So, all together, at of 3 labels, there's been 3 LPs, in one year. That's not a lot.

Roc-A-Fella got Freeway's album, Diplomats, Juelz Santana, State Property and soon to come Kanye, Young Gunz and Jay-Z albums. That's utilizing your "talent."

Dre gets the hate because he deserves it. He leaves all of us fans waiting and waiting and never delivers.

Obie's album, 50's, Eminem's, 8 Mile OST, and The Wash OST. And coming up we have Devil's Night 2, Eminem's rumored double disc LP, Beg For Mercy, and the long-awaited Detox. We've also heard that both Eve and Cube will be releasing albums on The Math. Now it might be awhile until we see all of these, but you gotta believe they'll all be pretty damn successful. Maybe that's how Dre wants it?

8. They've been around close to 7 years right? That's not a lot, at all. Barely an album a year. Look at Roc-A-Fella, they've dropped close to that in the past 2 years. I mean, damn! What's the problem Dre?

Well, they always have albums in the works.  It was Hittman, Rakim, etc. at one point and look what happened. Now it's Eve, Cube, Busta, etc.  Who knows if they will drop?  They could easily see the fate of those other albums.  
Yes, Aftermath has released great albums and has (past and present) a great roster but the point is that they could be doing so much more.  
And this is about Aftermath which doesn't include Cheers, 8 Mile OST, Beg For Mercy & Devil's Night 2.

Basically, the Rakim situation was the last straw for me.  I can't believe they fucked that up.  I know they will released some more great albums but they could have done so much more.

I hated the fact that "Oh My God" didn't drop on Aftermath just as much as anyone, but both Hittman and King Tee aren't established artists b any means. Cube, Eve, and Busta all are. That's what I'm talking about. Dre just wants to sell, which is great from a business point-of-view, but like SGV said, it succs for the fans who want albums from artists such as the afore mentioned.

that is so fucking true it's sickening.  I said it once and I'll say it agian, that Dre didn't sign Daz and Kurupt when he was label shoping becuase DRE WANTED TO OPEN UP HIS LABEL TO NEW AND UNKNOWN ARTISTS.  that forced Daz to go independant.  I mean WTF happend??  every single person Dre has on that label is mainstream as fuck an has been in the game for years.  with Tha Game as an exeption.

 yes Dre is a God when comes to Rap music. yes he could be the best there ever was.  yes he is a great family man ect. BUT THAT DOES NO EXCUSE THA FACT THAT HE IS HUNGRY FOR MONEY AND THAT'S WHY HE IS SIGNING ALL THESE BIG NAMES.  cuase he knows Busta and Eve and X and 50 are gonna sell.  but it's a snowballs chance in hell when it comes to signing a dude from the hood.  I mean just think what a emcee like Sly Boogie for example could do if Dre was backing him.  or any body else.  I know for a damn fact that there is so much tallent on the streets just waiting for exposure.  and when it comes to that Death Row is RIGHT ON TARGET for gettin out to the streets and finding some underground hype.  it's just that death row has very bad bissiness practices.  but Dre needs to start releasin shit.  it's all about kids man.  that's why the west is dead.  cuase all them rappers from the 90's are old and washed up now. nobody wants that.  peeps want new fresh shit from that high school kid that lives in a one room apartment that don't have shit but can blow the fuck up on a mic.

Dre has opportunities to make lots of money, most people would take that opportunity.  It costs millions of dollars to really promote an aftermath album I figure.  If it flops that is a whole lot of lost money, time, effort, and energy.  Music is all business nowadays.  C'mon, gangster rap is dead.  Sure King T and Hittman had good albums, but I doubt they would have sold well.  Many other albums from the west have dropped that were better albums, and they didn't sell for shit.  But Eminem and 50 have sold millions.  So...looks to me as if they are making music for the fans.  Of course they can't please all the fans tho.    I think thats also the real reason the new NWA project never left the ground.  I bet Dre didn't think it would sell.  Really whats Dre got to prove?  He has sold countless amounts of albums, produced classic albums, runs a label, helped build death row, NWA, etc.  It's obvious dre doesn't mind how long it takes to put an album out, and if he can put out one a year and make millions off it, why not?
