I have only heard track #3, that track is  :o :o :o

Eminem flows even better than 2Pac on this one, and makes Outlawz look like amateurs putting their own verses over professional shit..
The beat is hot too, and the co-operation between Eminem & Pac is pretty amazing, considering that it sounds like they're going back and forth on the mic in the studio.

That's how i see it:

01-tupac-intro-rns.mp3
(5 secs intro)

02-tupac-ghost-rns.mp3
(pretty good track. The beat sounds like an Eminem beat, i'm pratically sure! They sounds the same, lol. Not a bad track, but not a track that can be played in clubs or radios)

03-tupac_with_eminem-one_day_at_a_time_(ems_version)_(feat_the_outlawz)-rns.mp3
(Eminem totally changed the feeling of this track. It's a good mix, but i dont know, the OG with Spice 1 was def better IMO. You can hear 2Pac really rapping over that beat, following the beat. Here he just raps, naw.. it's not the same! I aint feeling the Lawz neither on this one. I repeat: it's not a bad mix, but i just prefeer the OG)

04-tupac-death_around_the_corner-rns.mp3
(previously released)

05-tupac-secretz_of_war-rns.mp3
(previously released)

06-tupac-runnin_(dying_to_live)_(feat_the_notorious_big)-rns.mp3
(probably the best track of the Soundtrack. Another Eminem remix, this time he doesnt rap. Pac has a different verse than the released version, very good. Very good track, IMO. A radio-friendly track)

07-tupac-holler_if_ya_hear_me-rns.mp3
(previously released)

08-tupac-starin_through_my_rear_view-rns.mp3
(previously released)

09-tupac-bury_me_a_g-rns.mp3
(previously released)

10-digital_underground-same_song-rns.mp3
(previously released)

11-tupac-panther_power-rns.mp3
(previously released)

12-tupac-str8_ballin-rns.mp3
(previously released)

13-tupac-rebel_of_the_underground-rns.mp3
(previously released)

14-tupac-the_realist_killaz_(feat_50_cent)-rns.mp3
(previously released)

IT'S PRATICALLY A 3 TRACKS EP. Big delusion, if you ask me.
