yeah.. i made a topic & deleted it. i started downloading it mp3 by mp3 .. and the intro is.. weird. thought it was a fake rip, didn't want to make myself look like an idiot  ;D

its a good album.. wouldnt call it classic though.

damn i cant believe this got ripped already, but i only dl the quik and 2 kanye tracks... but im gonna wait for the album 2 drop 2 hear the rest, but so far so good,,,,,,and who the fuck is DTA!

Whoever said Dre did "The Opera" was lying, that's obviously The Neptunes.

The Timbaland-track is revolutionary, that shit was sick..
The Eminem track was also one of his best..
And some classic Jigga tracks on there.

After 1st listen, I would put it about equal with The Blueprint, but gotta listen more to it.

ok.. just listened to it for my 2nd time .. this album is BLAZIN. i wouldnt be suprised if this gets a 5 mic rating or a XXL or whatever the hell magazine you read -- blueprint what? heh.

god damn...some hot songs there "sound track"..."threat"(crazy stuff)..."Moment of Clarity"..."99 Problems" beat is awsome.."justify my thug" is dope..."Lucifer" and "My First song" all great songs/beats...the rest i don't really feel..

It's a great album.  He's got the format down, it's a true solo album with no skits and it's a good lenght.  The best tracks are the Kayne ones, 9th Wonder's and Eminem's.

He could have done without the Neptunes tracks (big suprise) and DJ Quik didn't come thru to my suprise.  A couple other songs are just okay but it has many bangers.


As of right now, I'd give it a 8.5/10

These tracks should have been left off if Jay-Z wanted a classic:

01 Interlude (Produced By Just Blaze)  
05 Change Clothes (Produced By The Neptunes)  
12 Lucifer (Produced By Kanye West)  
13 Allure (Produced By The Neptunes)    



Three weak tracks + #12 is just average, not too bad.

I agree, although I think "Lucifer" is a great song... but the other three have to be removed/-placed.

i disagree with 12...lucifer is one of the best tracks/beats
