Who is tha best quaterback ever

dan marino.  a lot of people say no b/c he has no super bowl win.  But straight up,  he never had anything around him.  He never had a running game.  Tha best running back he played wit was karim abdul jabbar.  he never had a star receiver.  a lot of people say clayton an duper were great receivers.  Bottom line,  they were average at best.  I think b4 he signed wit tha dolphins,  tha dolphins staff saw him running tha track an he had good speed.  He turned them into good receivers.  Imagine if marino had a receiver like jerry rice like montana an young had.  Or if had tha running game elway had wit TD.  Tha only person preoberly better than marino is unitus but he is way b4 my time so i never seen him play

brett favre, i'm not saying he is the best of all-time, but he definitely has to be considered among the best quarterbacks of the the past 25 years or so
