War is a good album, nothing that even compares to his old shit but still good. Peace however, is IMO wack as fuck. He fell into the same-old-same-old gangsta shit.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

On War Disc
Ghetto Vet was a fuckin sick tune and i think QDIII laced 'Once Again In The Projects II' which was a funny remake 'Wheres the platinum at Nigga? I heard that shits worth more than Gold' ;D

On The peace Disc  'Just Waitin Ta Hate' was pounding but
Peace disc also had Puff Daddy bringin his shake it shake it wriggle wriggle vibes >:(

^^ I don't see how people can say Peace was wack, when the subject of the songs might be different, but the beats are pretty tight, and his flow is just as good as ever.  "Record Company Pimpin' " is one of his best songs ever, "Stroll all Day" is dope, "Gutter shit" with Jayo Felony (or whatever the song's called) is hard as shit.  "Until We Drop" was on par with his other summer songs like "You know how we do it", "Hello" was off the hook, "Keep it Gangsta" was awesome, etc. etc. etc. Pretty good album, actually.

Maybe I shouldn't say whack, cuz it's good compared to the stuff being put out today, but it is whack compared to all the other Cube albums...I'd say it's decent...PeACe
