2.Best Lyrics: Ras Kass (don't like his music that much, but he's a great lyricist)
3.Most intelligence: Shade Sheist (read his interviews)
4.Best Voice: TQ (surprise!), but if I had to choose a rapper it would be Snoop
5.Most Passion: 2Pac

I've heard like 10-15 of Keak's tracks and I can't stand him. Since Dre doesn't write his own lyrics he has bad ones. He obviously can't write good ones.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

just realized this is about west artists only so these don't count..

his flow is unique, I consider it one of the dopest but no matter whether u like it or not, if ur choice is meant to be generally acceptable in any way (like naming rappers with no flow at all) it's a very bad choice

of course someone who got ghostwrites isn't a good lyricist but if u picked him just cuz of the fact he's not writin his shit that's a random choice and u might aswell pick numerous others like Puffy.. and if u picked him based on the lyrics he's actually rapping I gotta tell u that's a wrong choice cuz there's rappers out there with worse lyrics

I don't see much sense in naming people with ghostwrites anyway since they don't even really have lyrics

As far as I recall I have a right to my own opinion.
