Wow....Crenshaw hasn't been crackin on Sundays for a few years now. The cops always shut it down and all. You might see a couple car clubs at a restraunt or somethin on Crenshaw but nothin like it was a few years ago. For a while, Saturday nights were crackin on Crenshaw but that shit started gettin too wild. Nowadays everybody jus sticks 2 Sunset, which will prolly be shut down soon.

^^^You can't cruise Sunset either. I mean, people still drive through there, but there's grips of Cops, always handing out tickets. They were talking about setting up check points on Sunset, so if you passed a check point twice in an hour, you'd get a ticket.

I remember about 2 years ago when Laurel Canyon was the place to be on Saturday nights n the valley but they shut that down too.

Every Crusing area is getting shut down. That PO's don't want us to be able to have fun, then they wonder why there is so many problems out there. It's fucked up. Whenever we get somewhere to kick it, be it Sunset, Whittier Blvd., Crenshaw, whatever, they shut it down. What's wrong with Cruising? Wouldn't you rather someone cruise and go slow, than speed? It makes sense. Cruising is not harmful to anyone. I'm suprised they ain't shut down Old Town Pasadena yet. That's probably next.

Yeah but everybody still does it. It'll be SOOOO many cars out, they can only tell if you passed twice if your car stands out. Me and my homeboys got average/good cars so we might drive up and down 2-3 times and nothin will ever happen, then we always park and walk up and down.

But I can see why they shut shit down sometimes, because gangbangers are alllllways out to start shit. I've seen dudes get pulled out of their cars a grip of times on Sunset. My homeboys got into a fight one time when I was out here for college, and they didn't wanna go back for a few months.

dude there's probably like only 5 people on this forum that have ever even been on crenshaw Ave much less cruised it on sunday.  LOL!  I've driven on it, never seen any cruisin tho.  Plus I ain't ever owned a vehicle that I would ever cruise anyway.
