Rap Artist Snoop Dogg Will Testify In Trial
Dec. 9, 2003

Rapper Snoop Dogg is on the witness list in a Utah trial.

He'll testify in the weapons and drug trafficking trial of Weldon H. Angelos, creator of Utah-based Extravagant Records.

Angelos is accused of possessing and distributing marijuana, possession of stolen firearms and money laundering.

Angelos' record label recently released a C-D featuring a compilation of artists including Snoop Dogg.

The trial began in Utah federal court yesterday.
