As the holidays draw closer, World Wrestling Entertainment is going all out to entertain those who can't come home to celebrate and spend time with their loved ones.

The New York Post reported in its Friday edition that WWE is sending most of its SmackDown! roster to the Middle East to tape a special holiday edition of SmackDown! set to air Thursday, Dec. 25.  

"We are planning to send the SmackDown! superstars over to Kuwait and Iraq to visit with the troops," a WWE spokesman confirmed to the Post Thursday night.
 
He would not disclose when the actual event will take place for security reasons.

The company is currently concluding an overseas tour of Korea, Singapore and Australia.

lol,there's probably been a "unexploded cluster bomb" match in some japanese wrestling promotions
