No he cant. A terrorist has only enemies, not buddy. He's against nations in middle east, he's against jews, against moderate muslims, against christians/whites, against Americans, against ppl in Russia, against.... against everybody! He aint Saddam's buddy. He just used Saddam's war to bomb italian Police HQ, ONU, and Red Cross. He doesnt really give a flying fuck about Iraqi.
