My #1 is definitely Stoupe. He did great work this year and was involved in two of the best releases of 2003: "Rip The Jacker" and "Visions Of Ghandi". Furthermore he did two classic-beats in my eyes: "Poet Laureate II" and "Animal Rap".My #2 is Kanye West for the same reasons as SGV mentioned before.My #3 is Eminem. Although many people hate on his productions, he did great work on "8 Mile", and after that on "Get Rich Or Die Tryin", "Cheers", "The Black Album", etc.
All of these producers weren't hitting us with the same beat 10 times over.
